Issue

Report from a user that external emails where not getting delivere= d from yesterday afternoon. No impact on incoming emails.

Investigation

Some users sending external email was working and confirm for othe= rs where not for the last 27 hours.

Resolution

At 21:25 GMT 7 May 2020 - Re-applied outbound connector confi= guration Click-Here and confirm that email = is now flowing for all.

All email waiting to go out will be delivered.

 

If you received Delivery Delayed Reports = 211; you can ignore them.
