En el marco de la normativa aduanera vigente desde el 1.=C2=BA de mayo de 2=
026 (Decreto N.=C2=BA 50/026), referente al r=C3=A9gimen de Despacho Simpli=
ficado para mercader=C3=ADas de bajo valor, consideramos oportuno compartir=
 algunos aspectos relevantes para la correcta gesti=C3=B3n de sus env=C3=AD=

Como operador postal habilitado, DHL puede gestionar en modalidad de pre-ar=
ribo el despacho de env=C3=ADos con un valor de hasta USD 800 y/o un peso d=
e hasta 20 kg, los cuales se encuentran sujetos al pago de un tributo equiv=
alente al 60% del valor declarado en factura, con un m=C3=ADnimo de USD 20.




A efectos de evitar demoras, observaciones aduaneras, contravenciones o eve=
ntuales sanciones, es fundamental que los valores declarados en la gu=C3=AD=
a a=C3=A9rea y en la factura comercial sean exactos, consistentes y respald=
ables mediante documentaci=C3=B3n comprobatoria, tales como:





=09- Comprobantes de pago.
=09- Facturas comerciales.
=09- Listas de precios.
=09- Constancias de compra o cualquier otro documento que permita acreditar=
 el valor declarado.






Asimismo, resulta de suma importancia que la documentaci=C3=B3n del env=C3=
=ADo incluya datos de contacto actualizados y precisos del destinatario (te=
l=C3=A9fono y correo electr=C3=B3nico), ya que esta informaci=C3=B3n es nec=
esaria para realizar las notificaciones y coordinaciones correspondientes a=
ntes de la llegada de la mercader=C3=ADa al pa=C3=ADs.
